Our Replacement Policy

Products sold at vapeadda are covered under our 7 Day Replacement warranty. Notify us of any kind of problems within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. To request a replacement, simply contact us at – support@vapeadda.com with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a replacement – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

If delivered product is non working or damaged in Transit customer must contact us withing 24 hours of delivery.

What is covered by this warranty?

*Battery of AIO, XTC, iJust2 & Inzio 900 starter kit has 7 day limited warranty*

There is no warranty on any Parts of kits like coils, Atomizer & Tanks* For any kind of leakage issue from Coils and atomizer these parts can not be replaced but if it’s damaged in transit then customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to get free replacement. For getting 100% replacement Customer would be responsible for sending the product back to the company

If you are getting any leaking issue from tanks kit then you must change your coils or atomizer to get it fix, remember coils and atomizer need to be changed time to time for continues vaping. we also request every vapor should keep spare coils and atomizer as per your usage.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1.You can cancel order anytime before your order is dispatched.
2.Login to your VapeAdda Account, Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.
3.Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed on priority.
4.If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
a.) If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
b.) If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

How do I place a replacement request on Vapeadda?
If you want to replace a product on Vapeadda, please follow these steps:

Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.
Total procedure may take 5-7 working days .

If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the packaging.
2.If you are concerned, don’t open the product yourself. Call the Vapeadda customer care for further assistance.
Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
1.Once you request a replacement on Vapeadda, customer has to bear the courier charges.
