All the starter Kit’s Battery are covered under our 7 Day Replacement warranty. If the battery is non working & proves to be defective in material under normal use, it will be replaced free of charge at the discretion of VappeAdd Technology Center. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
The manufacturer’s warranty & Refund does not cover:
- Atomizers, MT3, Coils, Tanks, Case & any parts & Accessories
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or improper power supply
- Any leaking issue of liquids from tanks ( you can get new coils or tanks to stop leaking)
This warranty is void if the kits has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material.

With your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us your issue and why you’re requesting a replacement – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
If delivered product is non working or damaged in Transit customer must contact us withing 24 hours of delivery
For getting 100% replacement Customer would be responsible for sending the product back to the company
If you are getting any leaking issue from tanks kit then you must change your coils or atomizer to get it fix, remember coils and atomizer need to be changed time to time for continues vaping. we also request every vapor should keep spare coils and atomizer as per your usage.There many troubleshoot articles and video available at our blogs, you can also search your issue in youtube, Remember 90% user get issue in vaporizer because of not using the kits properly as per the manuals.
1.You can cancel order anytime before your order is dispatched.
2.Login to your VapeAdda Account, Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.
3.Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed on priority.
4.If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
a.) If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
b.) If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
